30ML Leiden is looking for a motivated and experienced kitchen staff member to join our team. As a kitchen staff member, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality food, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen, and ensuring that our guests have an exceptional dining experience. You will work alongside a team of enthusiastic and dedicated colleagues in a lively and dynamic environment.
Job Description:
-Prepare food items according to established recipes and standards.
-Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment, following all safety and sanitation procedures.
-Monitor food stock levels and notify the management team when supplies are running low.
-Ensure that all food items are prepared and presented to a high standard, in a timely and efficient manner.
-Assist with inventory management and order supplies as needed.
-Contribute to the team effort by taking on additional tasks as needed.
Job Requirements:
-At least 1 year of experience in a similar role in a restaurant or café.
-Excellent knowledge of food preparation techniques and standards.
-Strong attention to detail, with a focus on quality and presentation.
-Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
-Flexibility in working hours, including weekends and evenings.
